1. Molded silica gel:
The molded silicone products are usually molded by high-temperature molds. The solid silicone raw materials added with vulcanizing agents are put in, and the high-temperature sulfur is cured after being pressurized by a vulcanizer. The hardness of molded silica is usually 30°C to 70°C, and the raw material is matched with the color paste to adjust the color according to the Pantone color card number. The shape of the mold determines the shape of the molded silicone product. Molded silicone products are currently the most widely used products in the silicone industry.
Mainly used to make silicone industrial accessories, silicone buttons, customized silicone gifts, silicone bracelets, silicone watches, key boxes, mobile phone cases, silicone kitchenware, silicone mats, ice trays, silicone cake molds, etc.
2. Extrusion of silicone
Extruded silica gel products are usually formed by extruding silica gel through an extruder. Generally, the shape of extruded silica gel is longer and can be cut at will. However, the shape of extruded silica gel has limitations and is widely used in medical equipment and food machinery.
3. Liquid silica gel
Liquid silicone products are molded by silicone injection molding. The product is soft with a hardness of 10°C-40°C. Due to their flexibility, they are widely used to simulate human organs, medical silicone breast pads, etc.
4. Special products
Special organic silicon products are based on the chemical properties of silica gel or add some auxiliary materials. Special silicone products can also have high temperature resistance (up to 330 degrees), food grade, medical grade and flame retardant grade. By adding auxiliary materials, they can also have luminescence, negative ions, discoloration and other characteristics.
